Applicants must already hold active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, leads, networking, and agency marketing initiatives
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance and financial services products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines
- Manage and follow up on sales opportunities in a timely manner
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty License + Life & Health License (Required)
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven sales success and goal-oriented mindset
